Hi!  Thanks for visiting.  Allow me to introduce myself.  My Name is Dennis and I used to be known as the "Callcenterguy" (yep, no spaces).  I used to have a blog in wordpresscom, and was given a chance to own my own domain twentyfoursevenonline.com.  That did not work out so I try starting from scratch and maybe find the old writing bug to come back.  So far...so good. 








I'm married with a 12 year old son on my current marriage and 1 daughter out of wedlock (she's my John Snow).  I've been married for 13 years now.  and for the life of me, I had 2 heart attacks under my belt and almost a third one about 2 weeks ago.  My cardiologist is baffled because all my test results show that everything is normal.  Yesterday I went under a "Rest and Stress Myocardial  Perfusion Imaging test (MPI), my saliva still taste like adamantium it took 3 hours and I hope to get my results today.  Hopefully good news.  But as my Cardiologist say, if we still can't find out what's wrong with your heart then will get you an Angiogram.  Which I won't be able to afford.






I enjoy watching movies, TV series and Eating!  I will soon add some of my restaurant reviews to this blog soon.  I'm very into super hero films and Game of Thrones.  Actually I never liked Game of Thrones and I ignored it till season 7.  Since I enjoyed it so much.  I binged watch seasons 1 to 6 in a span of a week and now I'm a fan of the series.  Too bad it will all end next year (insert tears here).  I'm currently trying to learn how to play Magic: The Gathering as my son has quite an addiction to it.  if you can somehow teach me on how to play it properly drop me a line.  I also enjoy riding my mountain bike.  I don't like riding in trails, but I fell in love with long rides.  My friends told my to get a road bike instead, but a mountain bike is more sturdy and can handle Philippine roads more than a road bike, so I guess I'll be sticking to it for a long while.

When the last tree has been cut down, the last fish caught, the last river poisoned, only then will we realize that one cannot eat money. Theatrical release poster I was introduced to the Wizard of Oz, when I dad brought home a VHS copy of the 1939 film starring Judy Garland.  I thought it was boring mainly because the initial scenes were in black and white.  But as soon as Dorothy arrived in Oz the film shifted to color and I knew I found another movie to add to my " All time favorite list ". So You Want to Work in a Call Center

C all centers they are a dime a dozen here in the Philippines.  Most people prefer to work in the call center industry or BPO, because of better salaries compare to other industries.  The minimum wage in the Philippines since June 2016 is about Php 491/day or roughly Php 14,730 a month that already includes COLA or Cost of Living Allowance that is mandated by the government.  But if you apply and get accepted in a call center or BPO Industry you can get as low as Php 20,500 a month which includes a base salary of Php 16,000 a month plus Php 2,000 meal allowance plus Php 2.500 rice allowance (can be more depends on the company.  Not to mention cash incentives that the company may give to the employee depending on the account a part from the cast incentives there are gadgets, clothes and sometime motorcycles and cars.  Compare that to any other Industries and you know it's a better deal.
